The Power of a Team

The journey of the entrepreneur is too long and hard to endure alone. With the best of intentions and the grittiest determination, even the most capable leaders can burn out and fall short of reaching their full potential. We are created to live and work in community, so it’s absolutely essential to be surrounded by people who have our best interest at heart.

Like many successful leaders (and athletes), pro golfer Jordan Spieth recognizes that he couldn’t have made it this far alone:

“I’ve got plenty of people to thank here, starting with Michael, my caddy. Mike, you kept me strong–you were the reason my dream came true.”
