The journey of the entrepreneur is too long and hard to endure alone. With the best of intentions and the grittiest determination, even the most capable leaders can burn out and fall short of reaching their full potential. “You don’t have many of those where you have a great role model and you have a great friend, and he’s one of those guys.”
